Dr Cris Lakemond brings over 30 years of General Practice experience to Tewantin Medical Centre. Dr Lakemond spent 19 years practising in South Africa and in 2003 moved to Tin Can Bay and Gympie where he worked as a GP for 9 years. Dr Lakemond has practised for the past 3 years in Noosa and has now joined Tewantin Medical Centre where he works four days per week and concurrently works as a surgical assistant on Wednesdays at Noosa Hospital. Dr Lakemond has an interest in minor surgery and skin medicine and also believes in keeping fit through running and stand up paddle boarding.
