Dr Chris Timms has additional training in dermatology, skin cancer surgery and emergency medicine. Chris is passionate about all aspects of general practice including providing high quality skin cancer treatment, helping patients attain healthy lifestyle, providing chronic conditions management and lung and heart medicine.
Dr Chris Timms grew up on the south coast of NSW before completing his training in Sydney (MBBS, UNSW). He has moved to Kiama after working in many places around Australia including Kempsey, Port Macquarie, Tweed Heads, Warwick and the Prince Of Wales Hospital in Sydney. Dr Christopher Timms has completed certificates in Advanced Skin Cancer Medicine, Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Surgery.
Chris has been published in national journals including the Medical Journal of Australia, the Australian Doctor and Insight. He has created apps for medical education that have been downloaded in over thirty countries. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
