Dr Caddell joined the DOT team in 2013. She has previously enjoyed working as a GP in both the UK and Queensland and her experience/qualifications include: Medical degree ( Glasgow University 1996), Physiology & Sports Science degree (Glasgow University 1993), Membership of the Royal College of GPs (UK 2001) and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of GPs (2002). She has also gained post-graduate Diplomas in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Family Planning and Child Health. In 2016 Dr Caddell became a member of the ISTM (International Society of Travel Medicine) and received the ISTM Certificate in Travel Health (ISTM-CTH) Following her Travel Medicine qualification, Dr Caddell is now running the DOT Travel Clinic to provide pre-travel advice and vaccinations (including Yellow Fever), plus a post-travel service for anyone returning home unwell from their trip. In her spare time, Dr Caddell loves to run or mountain bike along the local bush trails around Noosa and the hinterland, and is also enjoying a new sporting challenge at the local karate club with her two daughters!
