Carolyn is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who uses a person-centred, empathic and strengths based approach to promote personal growth and positive change for her clients. She has knowledge and experiences in various evidence-based psychological approaches, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Mindfulness. Carolyn brings a calming presence in her therapeutic work, and provides a safe space for clients to explore their concerns.
Carolyn obtained her Professional Doctorate in Psychology (Clinical) at Queensland University of Technology, and had experiences working in both public and private mental health settings.
