Dr Caitlin O'Mahony is a new GP fellow but has 10 years of experience working in hospitals and GP clinics in Melbourne, Queensland and the Northern Territory. She has been an advocate for junior doctor education and training and was inaugural Deputy Chair of The Water Well Project a health promotion charity improving the health literacy of refugees and asylum seekers.
Caitlin has always been passionate about nutrition and wellness and has been further inspired by her two small children. She is delighted to work at Whole Medicine to further develop her skills as an integrative GP and empower patients to optimise their health and wellbeing.
Caitlin enjoys working with patients of all ages and has special interests in antenatal care (she is a Shared Care practitioner), nutrition, mental health, sexual health, chronic illness and stress management. She loves cooking wholesome food, yoga, walking in nature, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
