Dr Binita Sharma is a Consultant Psychiatrist with special interest in women’s mental health, treatment resistant mood and anxiety disorders, acute and chronic psychosis.
Binita gained her medical degree at Ranchi University, in India and then completed her Diploma in Psychological Medicine and Doctor of Medicine (psychiatry) from the same university. She has over 11 years of psychiatric experience in Australia, mainly in the public sector. After attaining Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry, Binita has been working at Frankston Hospital in the Inpatient Unit.
