Binay married in 2012 and his wife, Ridhima who had been living in Melbourne for a long time managed to get him to move back with her. Apart from general practice his professional interests include teaching, musculo-skeletal medicine and medical aesthetics.

Binay has had intensive training in the use of Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers and had been running a private aesthetic practice. He likes to go trekking when at all possible and enjoys nice holidays.
