Bill completed his studies at Sydney University and has worked in diverse roles including Oncology, Emergency, General Medicine and switched from Psychiatry training to work in Rural General Practice in 2010.
His postgraduate years were spent in Gosford and he has had a relationship with Manning Rural Referral Hospital since 2002. Bill has married locally and has three young children. He was recognised with an Order of Australia Medal in 2005 for his disaster work in the 2002 Bali attacks.
