Dr Bernadette Hess graduated from The University of Melbourne in 1982, working at St Vincent’s then the Western Hospital. In 1990 she moved to General Practice, initially in Footscray and joined Alphington Medical Centre in 1997. Over many of those years she also worked in General Practices attached to Emergency Departments in the northern suburbs. She has interest and experience in many areas of General Practice and enjoys seeing all, from babies through to people in their later years.
