Dr Cotter completed her initial medical training at University College, Cork, Ireland. She obtained her post graduate qualifications through the Royal College of Physicians and University College Dublin, Ireland. Dr Cotter worked in general practice and community medicine in Ireland before immigrating to Australia in 1990. She worked in Dongara for six years before coming to Altone Medical Centre in 1996. Dr Cotter provides comprehensive care of most general medical conditions and has a particular interest in women’s health.
