Dr Ben Beer is an Australian-trained Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon who offers a comprehensive treatment of adult and adolescent spine conditions including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar disease.
Dr Beer was trained in Queensland, where he completed the Australian Orthopaedic Association training program. After obtaining his FRACS, Dr Beer underwent further sub-specialty training with two spinal fellowships. During his training, Dr Beer gained valuable insights under the ‘Godfather’ of Australian spinal surgery, Dr Geoff Askin, into the treatment of complex children’s spinal conditions and under world-renowned Gold Coast Spine surgeon, Professor Matthew Scott-Young.
