Dr Asma Taskin is a young and enthusiastic Rehabilitation consultant with experience in neurological, amputation and spinal cord injury rehabilitation as well as general reconditioning and orthopaedic rehabilitation. She has special interest in Botox injection for spasticity management, and has attended Rehabilitation workshops for both upper and lower limb amputation and prosthetic management at Prince of Wales Hospital.
She has experience in working with cancer patients for rehabilitation and is keen to establish a facility for young atraumatic brain injury patients in the future.
Dr Taskin received her MBBS degree from Dhaka Medical College, and trained as a Rehabilitation Physician at Wyong, Prince of Wales, Nepean and Hornsby Hospitals.
