Annette completed her medical degree at the University of Sydney in 2003, prior to which she completed a Bachelor of Medical Science in 1998. In 2016, Annette attained fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
Before entering General practice, Annette worked as a Career Medical Officer at The Wollongong Hospital Emergency Department, which is one of the busiest in New South Wales. In this extremely demanding role, Annette has gained invaluable experience managing differing conditions ranging from sore throats to major accident and trauma.
Annette has thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of General Practice since she branched into the field in 2010. She particularly loves the variety and continuity of care that it brings, and enjoys establishing good therapeutic relationships with her patients.
Clinical Areas of Interest: Paediatrics, Women's Health and Antenatal Care.
Personal Interests: Away from work Annette loves spending time with her young family (raising her 6 daughters) and believes being a parent helps bring a deeper dimension to her practice. She also enjoys reading, bush walking and swimming.
