Annette studied at the University of Melbourne and graduated in 1979. Her intern year was completed at the Royal Melbourne Hospital before she commenced training for general practice. In 1982 she started as a GP Registrar at Boronia Medical and Angliss Hospital. Following the Ash Wednesday bushfires she moved practice to Emerald for two and a half years. Her qualifications include FRACGP (1986), DRANZCOG (1983) and DipTheol. Her current interests include Aboriginal and women’s health as well as general medicine.
