Dr Anmar Naoum is a permanent full-time specialist General Practitioner and started at The Elms in March 2013. She obtained her medical degree at Al-Mustansiriyah University in Baghdad, Iraq, and has also completed a post-graduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Al-Mustansiriyah University, and a Fellowship of the Iraqi Board for Medical Specialisation in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, and is a Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) with admitting rights at the Bacchus Marsh Hospital. She has previously practiced as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist overseas, and her interests include women's health, dermatology and chronic disease management.
