Anita is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who has been working in the public and private health systems for the past 15 years and provides individual therapy for those persons 18 years and above. She uses a number of evidence based psychological interventions which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy for a range of mental health issues including: depression, anxiety & phobias, trauma, pain management, grief & loss, work related stress, personality and relationship issues. Anita also has clinical experience in the psychological treatment of low prevalence disorders such as bipolar mood disorders and psychotic disorders.
Anita does not, at this time, provide treatment for those clients under TAC or Workcover.
