Dr Andrew Wright trained at the University of Tasmania where he graduated in 1982. He completed his hospital training over four years which included Obstetrics and Paediatrics. Following seven years of general practice in Tasmania, Andrew went to Uganda for 15 years to do voluntary medical work. He continues to work in Australian general practice and as a Director of the Yotkkom Medical Centre in Kitgum, Northern Uganda. In his spare time Andrew enjoys bushwalking , photography and spending time with his family. Andrew is passionate in addressing healthcare inequality in Sub Saharan Africa and raising awareness of these needs in Australia. Speciality Areas: Paediatrics and Obstetrics
