Dr Tasos Stavrakoglou completed his undergraduate training in Greece in 1995. He undertook his training in Dermatology, in London at the Hillingdon & Mt Vernon and Amersham Hospitals. He subsequently worked as a consultant dermatologist at Ashford & St Peter’s Hospitals before relocating to Australia. Tasos has published multiple articles in peer reviewed journals. During his career he has developed a special interest in skin cancer management and skin surgery. He has served for many years as a member of the Multidisciplinary Skin Cancer Network of the North West London.
His other special interests include Medical Dermatology and Men’s Dermatology.
Tasos has also practiced Cosmetic Dermatology for many years and finds it a rewarding part of his work as he can offer very pleasing aesthetic results to his patients in a safe manner with minimal downtime.
In addition to his private practice Dr Stavrakoglou works as a consultant at the Alfred Hospital where he is involved in teaching dermatology trainees and medical students.
