Amy was born and raised in the NT and enjoyed a rural outdoor childhood. She moved to Brisbane after high school where she completed a Bachelor of Science at The University of Queensland in 2005. After finishing, she travelled for 12 months around South East Asia and Europe with friends. During this time she discovered that her real passion was medicine and she graduated from Flinders University Medical School in 2010. After some trial and error through different medical specialities she found her niche in GP Obstetrics.
