Dr Alex Burk has 25 years experience as a rural GP and has been working in Gippsland for much of his time. Dr Alex likes the (Canadian) term “Family Physician” and has had many interesting experiences. Many years were spent in rural locum work including Royal Flying Doctors Service (RFDS), isolated Northern Canada and a ships doctor in the Antarctic twice.
