Alex holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Adelaide, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He has a keen interest in exercise and non-pharmacological treatment approaches as an adjunct to conventional management of chronic medical conditions. This stems from his personal background in elite sport, and a growing evidence base from recent research.
