Dr Alan Wallace MB&Ch.B, DA, FFARACS, FANZCA became a specialist anaesthetist in 1983 and joined the Albert Street Aanesthetic Group in 1984. He is a visiting medical officer (VMO) at the Monash Medical Centre and has a widespread private practice with particular skills and experience in paediatric anaesthesia. Dr Wallace has made multiple volunteer overseas medical aid trips with Interplast Australia and New Zealand throughout South East Asia and the Pacific Islands. He is an active participant in the Continuing Professional Development Program of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists and is the co-ordinator of the Quality Assurance meetings of the Albert Street Anaesthetic Group.
