Dr Ahmad Ali (Urologist)
Dr Ali is a Consultant Urological Surgeon Dr Ali graduated from New York University, USA with Honours in a Bachelor of Science, Relocating to Australia; he completed a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at University of Sydney in 2001 and undertook his Urology training in Brisbane, successfully attaining Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2011. During 2011-2012, Dr Ali gained further experience as a fellow at Queen Elizabeth ll Jubilee Hospital in Brisbane, focusing on laparoscopic kidney surgery, incontinence surgery, stone diseases and prostate cancer surgery. Dr Ali has a particular interest in robotic prostate, laparoscopic urological surgery, benign prostatic surgery, urinary incontinence and complicated renal stone surgery. Dr Ali is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a member of the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand. He is currently Director and Consultant of Urological Surgery at Ipswich General Hospital Ipswich, Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland and has appointments at St Andrews Ipswich, Brisbane Private and Sunnybank Private Hospitals.
