Doctor Abulala Azhar is senior physician and has been working in South Australia for sixteen years. He came to Australia in 2004 with his wife, who is also a doctor and four-year-old son and was later blessed with two daughters.
In addition to his Royal Australian College Fellowship in General Practice, he also got his Australian postgraduation qualifications in Emergency Medicine from Australian college of Emergency Medicine and Child Health from WCH.
Doctor Azhar has worked in highly reputable tertiary care and trauma hospitals within South Australia and has been trained by renowned specialists in different fields. He later majored in Family Medicine and completed his Fellowship.
The extensive experience gained from working in all the major hospital of SA has guided his approach to be very comprehensive and holistic towards male, female, and child health care of all ages. Chronic and complex medical conditions are his special interest.
Doctor Azhar has high standards of professionalism and ethics in his practice. Coming from a family background of doctors, he is attuned to the high standards of medicine, having observed his father and older siblings in providing high quality medical healthcare to their communities.
He enjoys his role in mentoring and still works for the Royal College of General Practitioners and Australian College of Emergency Medicine as a supervisor and examiner.
