Damian Ryan has worked in all facets of physiotherapy in both public and private sectors over 15 years. He graduated from Latrobe University in 2003 following which he practiced in both inpatient and outpatient as well as community based settings. Damian has gained a wealth of experience working in aged care assessment and chronic pain teams in Melbourne and Queensland before spending time managing cardiac and COPD rehabilitation for Queensland Health. Since 2009, he has worked in the private sector. Damian's services include general musculoskeletal physiotherapy, functional assessment and training, post-surgery rehabilitation and massage therapy. He has a particular interest in seeing patients with regards to: • Vocational rehabilitation • Sports and musculoskeletal therapy • Cardiopulmonary • Dry needling • Pilates • Chronic pain treatment & management Damian believes in using best practice principles and an inclusive, holistic, biopsychosocial approach to facilitate the best outcomes for his patients. He is married with two children and enjoys camping and watching AFL.
