Our centre aims to provide comprehensive co-ordinated healthcare services promoting health and wellbeing as well as managing illness. The Doctors here are independant clinicians and are responsible for all decisions regarding patient medical treatment and healthcare.
Home Visits can be arranged after hours by calling our Locum Service (ALMS) Telephone: 13 26 60 after hours or call us during hours on 9285 5100. Home Visits are bulkbilled.
Test Results Your Doctor will recall you for any significant test results. For privacy reasons we are unable to give results over the phone. Results can be discussed at a follow up appointment. Most results will be back within 7 days.
Scripts can be requested by leaving a message with our reception staff for regular repeat medications. GP’s will usually complete the request within 48 hours of their next working session. $20 fee applies.
Telephone Calls . Most issues are best dealt with by making an appointment with your GP. For privacy reasons, we are unable to give test results over the phone. However if you would like to make contact with your GP please leave a message with our reception staff, giving the reason for your call and contact details. Your GP will endeavour to return your call within 48 hours of their next working session.
