The Coleraine and Casterton Medical Clinics have been long established individual clinics for many decades, however in 1999 the two clinics combined ensuring the community of professional medical services to our two towns and broader communities of Merino, Balmoral and Harrow.

Our GP’s, Registrars and nurses work together across both clinic sites, providing daily services to the Casterton Memorial Hospital and Coleraine District Hospital. Weekly services to our local aged care facilities and bush nursing centres are also provided.

After hours services are available through each of our hospitals which can be contacted directly for nurse triage and support from our GP on call.

Our clinics are well situated within the South West of Victoria with short trips to the picturesque coastlines of South Australia and Victoria, the vibrant Coonawarra wineries, the rugged landscapes of the Grampians and secret fishing spots of the Glenelg River.
