Dr Belinda Minett is a qualified Clinical Psychologist and Social Worker, who completed her Doctor of Psychology at Deakin University. She is registered with the Australian Health Professionals Association (AHPRA) and is also a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Belinda has worked with a broad range of people who have experienced anxiety, depression, chronic pain, grief and trauma, across both hospital and community settings. She has a strong interest in working with children and adolescents, as well as disability and carer issues. Belinda engages clients using evidence based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Narrative therapy. She approaches sessions from a collaborative framework, and tailors her approach to the individual needs of clients.
