Ai-Lene graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2004, attained her General Practice speciality in 2010 through the Victorian Metropolitan Alliance and holds a Masters of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Completing a Diploma in Child Health and training at the Women’s Hospital in Melbourne, enabled her to pursue particular interests in Paediatrics, Women’s Health, Obstetric care and Family medicine.

In recent years, Ai-Lene has worked in remote Australia including Christmas Island, the Pilbara and the Whitsundays. She enjoys working with diverse communities and continues to work in refugee and Aboriginal health. Ai-Lene believes in the unique capacity for general practice to provide boundless, comprehensive and inclusive healthcare.
