Spring Hill Specialist Day Hospital (SHSDH) provides personalised care with consistently high standards and outcomes, in a safe and comfortable environment close to Brisbane’s CBD. SHSDH offers services and facilities for patients undergoing fertility treatment, as well as other specialist surgical procedures such as gynaecology and laparoscopic procedures, plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, upper limb orthopaedic surgery, urology and dental surgery. The hospital cares for more than 7,000 patients a year in two fully equipped operating theatres.

SHSDH is a Queensland Health licensed facility and has the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) accreditation. Outcomes are benchmarked against ACHS twice a year, and peer benchmarking with an external provider is undertaken on a quarterly basis. The day hospital has contracts with all major private healthcare funds and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
