Steffani is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and is a provisional Accredited Practising Dietitian. Steffani graduated with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Nutrition and Metabolism at Sydney University. She then completed her Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics at Sydney University.
Steffani loves cooking and creating nourishing and delicious recipes (and testing them on her family and friends!). On the weekends you will find her in the kitchen developing her next delicacy, spending time in the sun or playing netball.
Steffani believes that food is important to feeling your best physically and mentally. She is passionate about removing stigma surrounding certain foods and creating a positive relationship with food. Steffani understands that no two people are the same and that individualisation is important to ensure that patients receive tailored advice specific for their needs and goals.
