Osteopathy is a holistic form of manual therapy for problems in the musculoskeletal system and associated organs. By rebalancing and improving function of the joints and soft tissues of the body we can reduce stress on injured areas allowing them to heal. Osteopathy is also useful in injury prevention. By improving overall function of the body we can reduce stress on key areas frequently injured through sports, lifestyle and age. I use a range of mobilisation techniques, advanced stretching techniques, manipulation, soft tissue massage and dry needling along with exercises to ensure that not only does the problem go away, if you maintain the exercises, it stays away.
