Kunle Arogundade is an Australian Trained Orthopaedic surgeon and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He completed post fellowship training in surgery of the upper limb and knee; with an expertise in Surgery of the Shoulder and Knee; Arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee; ACL reconstruction; Joint replacement surgery of the Hip, Knee and Shoulder; and Trauma Surgery. After he completed a Fellowship at Royal College of Surgeons Ireland, he was admitted to the Advanced Training Programme of the Australian Orthopaedic Association (Sydney, NSW) and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Kunle was admitted a Fellow of Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2011. He went on to take a position as a fellow with the Canberra Orthopaedic Group ACT, where he obtained a Fellowship in Arthroscopy and Reconstructive surgery. During his fellowship he was involved in clinical practice, Surgery and Research Projects. Kunle worked as a Locum Orthopaedic Surgeon at hospitals in NSW and Queensland.

Kunle moved to Warrnambool in 2011 and established Oceanroad Orthopaedics in December 2011. He initially based his consulting rooms at St. John of God Hospital, until he moved into his new premises at 254 Merri Crescent, Warrnambool in February 2015. Our Practice is a lovely restored Edwardian home with spacious rooms and hallways, in an elevated position in Warrnambool with a stunning 180° view of the southern Victorian coastline, epitomising our Practice name. We have consulting rooms, Administration office, Reception area, and Plaster/Examination room. Externally we have both a ramp and stairs out the front for ease of patient access. Kunle operates privately at St John of God Hospital, Warrnambool. He holds public appointments at South West Healthcare Warrnambool, and Portland District Health Portland, Victoria. He is actively involved in the training and supervision of Orthopaedic Registrar trainees. Kunle holds a conjoint appointment as a Senior Lecturer at Deakin Medical School, Deakin University. Kunle has an active interest in research and has presented his research studies at both National and State meetings/conferences. Kunle is a Fellow and Member of many professional associations and societies: Fellow of Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA) Fellow Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) Fellow of AO International. Member of International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sport Medicine (ISAKOS), Member of Australian Medical Association. Kunle is married with two children.
