Eden Rehabilitation Hospital is the only level five stand alone rehabilitation service between the north side of Brisbane and Cairns. Located in Cooroy, just 20 minutes from Noosa, Eden Rehabilitation offers the intimacy of a country hospital combined with a unique, dedicated focus on rehabilitation.

At Eden, our experienced staff work with you to achieve an optimum level of functioning, mobility and independence so that you can return home sooner and safer. Whether you require a hospital stay, access to our day therapy program, outpatient allied health or group exercise classes, your rehabilitation program will be personalised to meet your individual needs.  Eden Rehabilitation has three specialist rehabilitation consultants, supported by a QLD Health Registrar Training Program and a full time Senior Medical Officer. You can therefore be confident in knowing that you will have access to the very best in specialist medical care during your stay.  Eden Rehabilitation has agreements with all private health funds and has a tier one provider status with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
