Born and bred in country WA, Tanya graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2002. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
After spending her junior doctor years at Fremantle Hospital, she moved to Kalgoorlie where she worked in both General Practice and Emergency Medicine. She relocated to Bunbury in 2010 with her husband, and continued in these fields. Tanya now splits her time between General Practice, Surgical Assisting at SJOGH, and caring for her 2 young children.
Within her scope of general practice, Tanya is happy to treat patients of all ages. She has a particular interest in Women’s Health.
Tanya has also developed an interest in Dermatology and Cosmetic/ Aesthetic Medicine. She recently completed a Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine, as well as a Professional Certificate of Aesthetic Medicine through HealthCert and the University of Queensland.
