Dr Hardwick completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the University of Queensland, Brisbane, where she specialised in the fields of Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, with a focus on private practice work since 2007.
Clinically, Dr Hardwick has worked with adults experiencing a variety of psychological problems including depression and anxiety conditions. She has also worked with children and families. She has a PhD in Clinical Psychology training in a number of therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
