After graduating from medical school in 2007 and practicing medicine for more than 5 years, Dr Sanaz pursued her lifelong dream of moving to Australia. In 2013, Dr Sanaz began her profession in Australia as a GP in West Brisbane, and then achieved her fellowship in the Australian Royal College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in 2016. Dr Sanaz says her favourite thing about being a GP is being able to support patients to make positive changes in their lives, and it is this passion which gets her to work every day. Whilst Dr Sanaz loves all aspects of general medicine, her areas of special interest include; chronic disease management, family oriented health care, mental health, nutrition and weight management, as well as physical and sexual health. Dr Sanaz is respectful and supportive of all her patients, and she would gladly do the same for you.
