Dr Sally Murray is a Sexual Health Physician with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. She works in various tertiary hospital sexual health clinics in Perth as well as her private rooms.

Sally has an interest in vulvovaginal disorders, including chronic candidiasis, vaginal discharge and vulvodynia, as well as both male and female genital skin conditions. She also manages sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and PREP for HIV.

Sally enjoys working with a multidisciplinary team and teaching other health professionals and medical students, including her role as Senior Lecturer at Notre Dame University.

She has previously worked as an Editorial Fellow with the CMAJ in Canada and worked on HIV programs in Kenya and Ethiopia.

Sally has been awarded the Australasian Faculty of Public Health Medicine Medal (2003), the Nancy Mills Medal for Excellence in Public Health Practice (2002), the Australasian College of Tropical Medicine Medal (2001) and a Citation for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning, Australian Awards for University Teaching, Office of Learning and Teaching (2012). She also received a Silver Medal in the Essay Section of the Canadian National Magazine Awards in 2006.
