Dr Moore joined the practice in mid 2015 after moving to the area from the Gold Coast to be closer to family. She feels very privileged to be working with her father Dr Derek Moore! Romayne did her medical training in Brisbane, and spent some time working overseas in Ireland as well as in country NSW and QLD prior to starting general practice. She has an interest in children’s health, and has completed a Diploma of Child Health through Westmead Hospital – but also enjoys aged care, and the pleasure of providing ongoing care to people of all ages and backgrounds. Romayne has also worked in medical education for several years, in general practice training on the Gold Coast, and at Griffith University and in teaching medical students. Outside of medicine, she loves getting out for a jog or to the beach and has been involved in amateur orchestras playing the clarinet when she can fit it in around looking after a young daughter.
