Dr McMahon is an accomplished General Practitioner of long standing who has been the principal doctor in our Skin Cancer Clinic for over a decade. He has specialised qualifications and extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of skin diseases as well as the detection, diagnosis and removal if skin cancers by both medical & surgical means.
Dr McMahon is the Medical Director of the Dapto Medical Centre and has produced numerous educational modules and videos to assist in the teaching of medical students and young doctors. In addition to gardening, he has a keen interest in medical administration having served on many health related Boards and is a Clinical Professor at the Wollongong University. He works full time in the Skin Cancer Clinic but also occasionally assists in the General Practice section of the Medical Centre.
