Dr Rachael Moulden has over 15 years of experience in family medicine and has worked with diverse cultural and socioeconomic groups in a wide range of settings from rural and remote posts, tertiary hospitals emergency departments and inner city family practices.
She has completed 6 years with the Royal Flying Doctor Service practicing rural and remote medicine in North West Queensland and is the Queensland representative for the National faculty of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health within the RACGP.
Dr Rachael Moulden performs minor surgical procedures, in particular skin cancer surgery. She is experienced in adolescent and women’s health including antenatal and postnatal care, contraceptive advice, Implanon insertion and removal, STI checks and menopause.
Dr Rachael Moulden has special interests in travel medicine and sports medicine but enjoys all aspects of general practice medicine.
Dr Rachael Moulden is an accredited supervisor through the RACGP and is actively involved in teaching and supporting medical students.
