Dr. Li graduated from medical school in 1995, and worked as an Intensive Care Doctor in China until 2003. Since 2003, He came to Australia and worked as an Intensive Care Registrar at Austin Hospital ICU and Warringal Private Hospital ICU until 2008. During this period of time, he was mainly concentrating on academic achievement, which has lead him to Doctor of Philosophy with main interest in Acute Renal Failure in Sepsis through University of Melbourne.

Since then, Dr. Li worked as an Emergency Registrar until 2010 before he started his GP training in Melbourne. Dr. Li finished his GP training in 2013, and started to practice in different General practices across Melbourne. Dr. Li joint HEMAC in early 2014, and found this is a very friendly and modern practice to work in. He believes in a holistic approach to every patient’s care. Every human being has it’s physiological body and the mind/though it carries. He prefers not to just look at the disease itself, but the social economic factors, family and work environmental issues that led to the disease, in order to provide the best care for his patients
