Dr John Webster is a locally based full-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, who operates his private practice at the Oral Facial & implant Centre in Toowoomba.
Dr Webster is dedicated to providing exceptional care to every patient, every time. His expertise is in the management of third molars, dental implants, contemporary 3D planned orthognathic, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and facial trauma surgery.
Dr Webster has completed advanced implant training including full arch and zygomatic implants and is currently undertaking further post-fellowship training in minimal access and minimally invasive management of TMJ dysfunction with world pioneering surgeons in New York, USA. In 2019 he established Sunshine Coast’s first dedicated multi-disciplinary TMJ clinic in Buderim and from late 2019 provides this service from the Oral Facial & Implant Centre, Toowoomba.
Dr Webster completed his Bachelor of Dental Science, Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Science at the University of Queensland. He undertook his specialty training in Brisbane and Darwin. He has also completed a research degree investigating early detection of oral cancer, collecting numerous academic and surgical awards during his training.
He takes great pride in providing a calm and reassuring bedside manner which allows him to provide empathy, clearly discuss diagnoses and treatments options to deliver personalised care to your patients.
Dr Webster provides consulting at our centrally located practice in Toowoomba, offering Local Anaesthetic treatments at the practice and General Anaesthetic surgical procedures at St Andrew's Private Hospital, St Vincent's PrivateHospital and Toowoomba Surgicentre.
