Dr Jennifer Chan graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1993 and is one of the founders of Eastwood Village Medical Practice. Together with Dr Caroline Chan they founded Eastwood Village Medical Practice in 2005, with a vision to form a medical practice that delivers the highest quality whole person care in an environment that patients can feel comfortable and welcomed. She has a special interest in paediatrics, women’s health, chronic disease prevention and treatment. Dr Jennifer’s empathetic approach and extensive experience, has led patients from all over Sydney to visit her, a testament to her commitment to offer quality care to her patients, and to her reputation as a well respected Medical Practitioner within the Eastwood community. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys catching up with family and friends over great food and coffee.
