Dr Helen Nicholson has returned to the Illawarra Shoalhaven region after a 1 year fellowship in Manchester, UK specializing in laparoscopic & robotic oncology. Helen was awarded her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in 2017 after completing her Australian Urological training in NSW. Helen is originally from the Blue Mountains & has moved to the South Coast with her husband & twin boys. Helen provides a modern approach with high quality in urological care to all her patients. Her main areas of Urological interest are in- Robotic pelvic oncology- prostatectomy, cystectomy,pelvic lymphadectomy. Robotic & laparoscopic Nephrectomy, pyeloplasty. Prostate, renal, urothelial cancer - diagnosis & management. Endoscopic treatment of renal stones. BPH surgery - TURP, Greenlight PVP, Bladder tumors.
