Dr Gerry Considine joined the Clare Medical Centre after having working on the Eyre Peninsula for the past 12 months.

He completed his GP training working in Wudinna, Jamestown and the Adelaide Hills.

He is also a board director of General Practice Registrars Australia, an advocacy group for training GPs.

Dr. Considine has an interest in all aspects of rural general practice especially men’s health, skin cancer surgery, child health and musculoskeletal medicine.

As a pilot, Gerry hopes to offer Aviation Medical Examinations from 2016.

During his time off, he enjoys reading, flying to remote locum clinics, running and eating lamingtons cooked by his wife Mel.
