Graduating from the University of Pretoria (South Africa) in 1986, Dr. Chris Loubser has more than 30 years of experience in general medicine. Shortly after moving to Australia in 2001, Dr. Loubser went on to become a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2002 and more recently, has pursued a skilled interest in dermatology, skin cancer and anti-aging medicine by obtaining a Diploma in Dermatology and Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine. Dr. Loubser is now the principle doctor and owner of the Tasmanian Skin Clinic.
In addition to his expertise in dermatological and cosmetic medicine, Dr. Loubser has a wealth of experience in general and cosmetic surgery, bringing a unique skill set of medical treatments to the Tasmanian Skin Clinic. Some of these treatments include vasectomy, carpal tunnel release, varicose and spider vein treatment and botulinum injections.
To ensure patients receive the most up to date and advanced treatments, Dr. Loubser regularly attends national and internationally accredited workshops and conferences to further his expertise.
Outside of his busy schedule at the Tasmanian Skin Clinic, Dr. Loubser is a keen hobby farmer and active family man!
