Dr Miceli grew up in Melbourne and graduated from the University of Melbourne before undertaking further training as a Specialist General Practitioner, under the family medicine program of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He has been on the staff as a resident and then visiting medical practitioner at Frankston Hospital for more than 25 years and has a staff appointment at Beleura Hospital. He has been in general practice in Hastings, Red Hill, Frankston, Somerville, and Flinders, since 1989. He has lived, and raised his family, on the Mornington Peninsula since 1986. Consequently he has a comprehensive knowledge of all the medical facilities and specialists in the area. Dr Miceli believes in providing expert, effective care, along with respect and compassion, to maximise well being and quality of life, while minimising the burden of medical treatments.
