Sarah has completed a Bachelor of Psychology and a Diploma of Education majoring in Educational Psychology. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) . She draws from several evidence-based approaches including Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused therapy, Cognitive Behaviour therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness training. Sarah has experience working working with a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents and adults across a wide range of settings including Government and Non-Government Educational settings, and the not-for-profit sector. She has a keen interest working with people experiencing anxiety, low-mood, stress, relationship issues, communication issues, conflict management, grief and loss, as well as self-esteem issues.
