Ms Zoe Collins (Psychologist)

Zoe is a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental clinical psychologist with ten years of mental health experience. She has worked with adolescents and adults with a broad range of mental health symptoms in both the public and private settings. This has included working in inpatient and outpatient settings as well as with individuals, couples and in group therapy programs.


She has an interest in working with ambivalence in the pro’s and con’s of change for clients and in working longer term with clients; using the therapeutic relationship as a unique and safe place to explore and work through patterns of relating in a client’s life for deeper positive change.


Zoe is committed to providing high quality care and psychotherapeutic advice to people with a variety of issues and concerns for adults and youth. These include:


Mood and emotional problems including depression, anger, mood swings or feelings of meaninglessness Adjustment issues and transitional life changes Anxiety, phobias and social fears Trauma related emotional difficulties Self-worth, gender development and identity issues Body image issues, eating disorders, substance abuse and personality concerns Difficulties in relating to others, unstable relationships, or dealing with destructive patterns of behaviour
